Should you are not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help.


Customers have 30 calendar days to return an order from the date they have received it. To be eligible for a return, all orders must be unused and in the same condition that it has been received. All items must be in the original packaging. All orders also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns can be sent to: P.O. Box 3951, Durbanville, 7550.


Once a returned order has been returned, it will be inspected whereafter a notification will be sent to confirm that the returned order has successfully been received. In addition, an immediate notification with regards to the status of the requested refund will be sent once the returned order has successfully been inspected. Should your return be approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
The refund will be available within the amount of time indicated in your card issuer’s policies.


Please note that Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an order, as shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.

All orders will ship within 7-9 business days from the date of payment. Tracking numbers will be supplied once parcels has been shipped.


If you’re purchasing an item as a gift, special packaging and a hand written note can be included at no extra cost. Please include the necessary details of the occasion, shipping address, and personal message to be included in the package.
